Where do you offer your mini golf renting services? We currently offer mini golf renting services throughout the Las Vegas valley including, Clark County, City of Las Vegas, City of Henderson, and City of North Las Vegas.
Where can I set up the mini golf course rental? Indoors or outdoors? We are able to set up the mini golf course rental for either indoor and outdoor events. We setup our rentals for weddings, corporate events, conventions, parties, network groups, schools, birthdays, and community events.
Is a down payment required?
– A 50% deposit is required for all orders. This is fully refundable up to 2 months before the date of your event.
– Full payment is processed 3 weeks before the delivery date.
What is the length of the rental?
– All reservations are for a standard 4-hour period unless additional hours are agreed upon.
– Book a multi-day event and receive a discount on each day after the initial day.
What about delivery and setup times?
– Deliveries are made 2-3 hours before event start time for majority of events.
– Pickups are made from your requested pickup time up to 3 hours later.
– A window of 2–3 hours may be required for delivery and pickup.
– These times can alter as it may be depending on which product being delivered and if setup involves a great distance, stairs or elevator in the path from the delivery vehicle to the event location.
How does the setup portion work?
– Setup and breakdown are included with all rentals.
– Mini golf courses can be set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt.
– The surface must be level, with adequate lighting.
– Customers are required to confirm the details of the final location prior to the event day.
How should the event site be prepared?
– Customers must ensure the setup area is ready before the delivery team arrives (e.g., clearing obstacles, removing animal waste).
– If extra handling is required or the area remains inaccessible, additional fees may apply.
– On The Green LLC is not responsible for surface damages or alterations caused by rented products.
What is the cancellation policy?
– If the cancellation occurs more than 2 months before the rental date, the 50% deposit will be fully refunded.
– If the cancellation occurs within 2 months of the rental date, the 50% deposit will not be fully refunded.
– Deposits can be refunded due to inclement weather.

Can I change my order?
– Changes made during or at the end of the rental period (e.g., extending rental) will incur additional fees.
– Adding additional services or products is possible before or on the day of rental depending on availability. Ask about our discounts for additional services!
Is an attendant required for my rental? An event of over 50 people or any children will require an attendant at $50 /hr.
What if I want a rental that will be longer than 4 hours?Our standard pricing is based on 4 hours, any additional hours will be $50-$150 per hour depending on which course rental is being used at your event.
Are there any extra fees?
– Notify On The Green LLC in advance if the setup area involves steps or stairs (maximum of 10 steps).
– Additional labor fees may apply for setups with challenging access (e.g., walkways over 50 yards, stairs, elevators).
– If access issues are not disclosed, the order may be canceled, and a delivery/cancellation fee will be charged.
